Contentpace is super easy to use. It takes no more than a few minutes to master. In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a content brief using our built-in editor. Let's start.

Step-1: Open your newly created topic report by clicking the "view report" button. It will take you to the report detail page.

Step-2: Create a new content brief clicking "create new brief" button from the top right corner. A floating content brief editor will open. This is where you will prepare your content brief from the report.

Step-3: Click on any text from the report to add it to the content brief editor. There is no need for copy and pasting information from the report. Just click on the sentence you want to add and it will be exported to your content brief.

To change a headline from H2 to H3, H4 or H5, click on the badge, hold and drag and drop to your right. The editor follows heading hierarchy. So it will always nest as H2 to H5 according to it.

To move a headline to up or down, click on the badge, hold and drag and drop to up or down.

You can add, edit and delete any information on your content brief editor using the drag and drop menu. The content brief editor is equipped with an auto-save feature to make it easy and comfortable.
